The work:

The ICI Technical Consultant will focus on integrating the Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) platform with SAP and other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow and functionality. This role requires expertise in managing integrations, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring effective data migration.

Responsibilities include:

• Design and implement integrations of ICI with enterprise systems, particularly SAP and OpenText Records Management Solutions, using Icertis connectors or custom solutions via web services.

• Provide technical assistance during and after integration, addressing issues as they arise.

• Develop custom solutions to meet specific client integration needs.

• Conduct thorough testing to ensure integrations function correctly and meet client expectations.

• Maintain technical documentation for system configurations, workflows, and integration processes.

• Perform data migration across applications and databases, ensuring integrity, accuracy, and compliance.

Here’s what you need:

• 3+ years of experience managing Icertis platforms from a technical perspective.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience integrating Icertis ICI with SAP, OpenText, and other enterprise systems using Icertis connectors or custom web services solutions.

• Experience integrating public clause libraries.

• Experience integrating with eSign tools.

• Experience managing integrations to automate processes, improve user experience, and enable data sharing for reporting.

• Familiarity with external integration tools to facilitate Icertis integrations.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• US Citizenship required

• No Dual citizenship

Bonus Points if you have:

• Experience in building database queries and procedures is a plus.

• Icertis CLM Administrator certification or equivalent.

• Industry experience in the public sector or with defense contractors is a plus.

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience. $93,400—$243,100 USD
