Note: The hourly rate for this position is $28 - $32 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:
Install, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems
Clean, adjust, and repair systems
Operate, test, maintain, and repair refrigeration, AC, heating, humidification, high- and low-pressure boiler systems
Perform routine maintenance checks and inspections
Diagnose and resolve system issues promptly
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
Provide excelled customer service and maintaining client relationships
Qualifications:
A minimum of five (5) documented years of demonstrated and evaluated professional knowledge, proficiency, and experiences in the skilled trade(s) in a commercial or industrial setting
Ability to communicate (written/oral) to convey job status information
Knowledge of generally accepted industry maintenance and repair practices
Knowledge of generally accepted industry maintenance and repair safety practices
Demonstrated ability to safely operate hand and power tools
