Note: The hourly rate for this position is $28 - $32 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems

• Clean, adjust, and repair systems

• Operate, test, maintain, and repair refrigeration, AC, heating, humidification, high- and low-pressure boiler systems

• Perform routine maintenance checks and inspections

• Diagnose and resolve system issues promptly

• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations

• Provide excelled customer service and maintaining client relationships

  Qualifications:

• A minimum of five (5) documented years of demonstrated and evaluated professional knowledge, proficiency, and experiences in the skilled trade(s) in a commercial or industrial setting

• Ability to communicate (written/oral) to convey job status information

• Knowledge of generally accepted industry maintenance and repair practices

• Knowledge of generally accepted industry maintenance and repair safety practices

• Demonstrated ability to safely operate hand and power tools
