FANNIE MAE Executive Recruiting Coordinator (Flexible Hybrid) in Washington, District Of Columbia

Job Description The Executive Recruiting (ER) Coordinator serves as a utility player for the Executive Recruiting (ER) team. As a key member of the team, this individual will own a multitude of administrative and operational responsibilities, including but not limited to: assisting with candidate experience and scheduling, sourcing executive candidates, and leading ad hoc projects for Executive Recruiting leadership.

THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE

The Executive Recruiting Coordinator role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews for executive-level candidates; prep interview team with detailed guides to optimize interview experience; and shepherd candidates through onsite interviews and other “day-of” needs.

  • Run with several administrative tasks: preparing offer letters, preparing candidates for interviews, collecting feedback, and posting jobs.

  • Interact with ER talent base providing scheduling updates, arranging travel, and more.

  • Performing routine operational and administrative activities related to attracting and recruiting new, executive level talent for Fannie Mae.

  • Own coordination of client search update meetings, vendor engagements, and various ad hoc scheduling requests.

  • Sourcing and identifying candidates in conjunction with other members of ER.

  • Manage various ER reports and prepare metrics; own knowledge management for Exec Recruiting, including job descriptions, status reports, and other documents.

  • Continuously improve candidate experience and scheduling process.

  • Serve as team lead for organizing executive recruiting expenses; work directly with outside search firms, other vendors, and our internal procurement team.

Qualifications THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

Minimum Required Experiences

  • Talent acquisition, project management, or consulting experience.

  • Interest in talent acquisition and recruiting.

  • Strong service-oriented mindset and the ability to perform successfully in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize multiple deliverables and deadlines.

  • Stellar communication skills and executive presence.

  • Skilled in MS Teams and MS Office.

Desired Experiences

  • 1+ years of relevant experience, ideally within talent acquisition, project management, or consulting.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

  • Experience using Workday for talent acquisition activities and scheduling.

  • Prior project coordination experience.
