Robert Half Executive Assistant in Washington, District Of Columbia

Description We are offering a contract-to-hire employment opportunity in the hotel industry located in Washington, District of Columbia. The role is for an Executive Assistant. The successful candidate will be tasked with providing administrative support to directors, managing calendars, making travel arrangements, and handling general administrative duties.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to directors, ensuring smooth operation of the office

• Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for directors

• Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and other related tasks

• Perform general administrative duties such as handling correspondence, filing, and documentation

• Assist in event management, including planning, coordinating, and executing corporate events

• Engage in light project management tasks, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget

• Utilize various software applications such as Concur, CRM, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, Microsoft Outlook, and About Time for various tasks

• Handle and manage calendar schedules, ensuring that all appointments and meetings are properly arranged and managed

• Coordinate and handle travel arrangements, ensuring that all travel itineraries are properly planned and organized

• Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring all information is updated and readily available. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook

• Experience with CRM systems

• Familiarity with Concur and Concur Travel for arranging and managing travel arrangements

• Ability to manage and maintain calendars, including scheduling and coordinating meetings

• Experience in handling correspondence and documentation at an executive level

• Knowledge of C-Suite operations and procedures

• Proven ability to book and handle travel arrangements

• Experience in coordinating travel arrangements and handling all related tasks

• Proficiency in using About Time for time management

• Ability to manage and maintain multiple calendars effectively

• Experience in managing complex schedules and coordinating meetings and events

• Proficiency in making travel arrangements and managing changes as required

• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
