Location: Washington, D.C
Security Clearance: Active Clearance or Eligible to Obtain - U.S. citizenship required
Salary: $75,000 - $130,000 Depending on Experience and Education
Travel: 20%

Position Summary
SURVICE Engineering is currently seeking a Engineer (T&E, Systems, M&S, Software) to support our Aberdeen Area Operation. You will accelerate your career and become an integral team member within the defense community.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Plan, execute, monitor, assess progress, and report on the strategic initiatives and lines of effort reflected in the Director, Operational Test & Evaluation (DOT&E) Strategic Initiatives, Policy, and Emerging Technologies (SIPET's) Implemenation Plan.
Develop and disseminate Government approved policy, guidance, and standards to meet the test and evaluation (T&E) demands of the Department of Defense.
Develop new and/or improve T&E processes, tools, tactics, techniques, and procedures.
Improve efficiency and use of operational test and evaluation resources (i.e., facilities, specialized test assets, schedules, workforce, and other resources supporting operational T&E activities), inclusive of the use, collection, harvesting, analysis, storage, management of data and digital technologies to solve problems, shorten testing and evaluation cycles, and accelerate delivery of solutions that work to the warfighter.
Address, monitor, identify, prioritize, solve problems defined by DOT&E spanning multi-domain operational environments from conceptualization of new ideas through the integration of new or improved tools, and processes into the existing T&E ecosystem.
Strengthen and improve operational DOT&E domain knowledge to increase the speed, agility, flexibility, and efficiency to accelerate delivery of effective solutions to the warfighter.
Minimum Qualifications of Engineer (T&E, Systems, M&S, Software) Bachelor's Degree in Technical or STEM related field and 1+ years of relevant experience. Test and evaluation, systems engineering, modeling and simulation or software engineering background.
Background in one of the following domains: T&E experts (Air, Land, Sea, EM, Cyber, Space), AI and Data Scientists/Analysis/Engineering, Cyber, Intel, Policy, KM, Training, or Business Ops/Financial
