Project Administrative Assistant | 5-Days Onsite in Washington, DC | Pay: 67k - 70k/yr
Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team for a large construction project. This role will require you to be 100% onsite, providing essential support to the project.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support for the construction project.
Assist with project documentation and coordination.
Manage schedules and communications.
Work closely with the project team to ensure smooth operations.
Utilize Kahua software for project management tasks.
Essential Skills
5+ years of administrative assistance experience with federal construction projects.
Associates degree in a relevant field.
Experience using Kahua software.
Experience working on $100M+ new federal (GSA/DoD) projects.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Work Environment
This position is 100% onsite at a large construction project. You will be working in a dynamic and collaborative environment, utilizing Kahua software for project management task
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $67188.00 - $70242.00
