Master's Degree

Preferred Fields of Study

Business Administration/Management,Finance,Accounting,Computer and Information Science

Certifications: Workday Services functional certification(s) preferably Financial Management, Financials, Record to Report and/or Engagement Manager

Minimum years experience required: 6

Preferred Knowledge/Skills

Demonstrates extensive abilities and a proven record of success in managing client needs, including:

  • Leading the Workday Accounting Center workstream with experience in at least three full Workday implementations;

  • Facilitating discovery and design workshops to gather business requirements;

  • Translating business needs into Workday configuration elements;

  • Managing functional discovery, design sessions, and related touchpoints with other Workday modules;

  • Configuring and customizing the Workday Accounting Center platform to align with the organization’s processes and requirements;

  • Providing best practice recommendations based on industry expertise;

  • Managing engagement workflows, budgets, and client relationships; and,

  • Leading teams by fostering trust, offering direction, and providing coaching and feedback to junior staff.

The salary range for this position is: $100,000 - $232,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
