Job Summary

As Technical Lead you will work with stakeholders to aid in development and analysis of functional assignments and projects, providing technical oversight.

Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Lead This position will be full-time and onsite .

Candidates must be a commutable distance to Washington, D.C.

What You’ll Do

  • Work with the stakeholders to implement technology solution-oriented strategies by using cost-benefit analysis

  • Instruct others on QC processes and procedures, using SharePoint as a central repository for requirements and testing documentation, participating in development and analysis of functional requirements, and ensuring adherence to the business needs and organization standards

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables; develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets

  • Allocate and manage resources, including personnel, tools, and equipment, to ensure efficient project execution

  • Lead and motivate project team members; assign tasks and responsibilities based on individual strengths and skill sets

  • Provide technical direction and oversight throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring technical solutions meet business requirements and align with technology strategy

  • Develop and implement quality assurance strategies to ensure the integrity of systems through rigorous testing protocols and adherence to best practices

  • Identify potential technical risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project stability and success

  • Utilize business analysis techniques to translate complex project requirements into actionable development tasks and ensure alignment with business objectives

  • Oversee the creation and execution of comprehensive test plans, manage testing teams, and ensure proper documentation of test cases and outcomes

What You'll Need

Required

  • Great communication and analytical skills, time and budget management

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in computer-related field or a strong portfolio of completed projects in combination with verifiable certifications (i.e., IIBA Entry Certificate in Business Analysis (ECBA) IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), IIBA Certification of Capability in Business Analysis (CCBA), PMI Professional in Business Analytics (PMI-PBA), PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis)

  • Data Analysis and Visualization experience

  • Experience with statistical and quantitative analysis

  • Proficiency in business intelligence tools

  • Solid experience with Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, Vision, and PowerPoint

  • Experience with Network Attached Storage, Hypervisor – ESXi, Oracle Database, Tcl/TK, Windows, Java, NetBeans, Azure, Ubuntu 14.05, MySQL, Perl, Apache, PhP 5.5.9, Ruby 2.3

  • Communication and presentation skills

  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills

  • Interpersonal and negotiation skills

  • Adaptability and continuous learning

  • Understanding of machine learning and AI basics Budget Accounts Payable and Receivable Word Processing

  • Experience with spreadsheets

  • Experience with presentations Charts and diagrams

Physical Demands

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards

  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
