The Opportunity
As part of the Legal Services team you will oversee a team in the Global Office of the General Counsel, managing governance and secretarial operations for PwC's Global Board and network entities. As a Director you will operate with significant autonomy, lead planning efforts, drive execution of meetings and action items, and oversee multiple projects while maintaining executive-level relationships.
Responsibilities

Manage governance and secretarial operations for PwC network entities
Prepare board documents and manage budgets
Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations
Promote industry standard practices and drive tech innovation
Support elections and foster collaboration
Provide strategic leadership and governance knowledge
Communicate effectively with executive-level stakeholders
What You Must Have
Bachelor of Arts
8 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
Leading and managing company secretariat functions
Understanding and applying governance documents and policies
Preparing board-level communications and briefing papers
Advising on governance industry leading practices
Leading election processes for board vacancies
Working closely with board members and executive leadership
Assessing compliance and proper execution of board responsibilities
Displaying leadership, autonomy, and governance innovation
Initiating and leading technology-driven change in governance tasks

The salary range for this position is: $122,500 - $495,500, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
