A Robert Half client is seeking a seasoned communications strategist to lead their Federal health initiatives. As their Senior Vice President of Strategy and Communications, you'll spearhead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that resonate with Federal audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive health communication strategies.

• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and performance metrics.

• Identify emerging trends and opportunities in the Federal health landscape.

• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Proactively address client needs and anticipate challenges.

• Serve as a trusted advisor, offering strategic counsel.

• Team Leadership: Inspire and motivate high-performing teams.

• Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members.

• Operational Excellence: Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Implement efficient processes and streamline workflows.

• Maintain compliance with Federal regulations and guidelines.

• Business Development: Contribute to new business pitches and proposals.

• Expand our client base and strengthen industry partnerships.

• Position client as a thought leader in Federal health communications.

  Requirements

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in strategic communication, digital marketing, or related field

• Extensive experience working with Federal government clients, including an understanding of their unique challenges, processes, and regulatory requirements

• Proven leadership of large-scale integrated marketing campaigns that involve cross-disciplinary teams in an agency environment

• Experience in the health sector

• Understanding of Federal procurement processes and compliance requirements

• Exceptional project management, writing, and communication skills
