Cinch Connectivity Solutions Systems Support Analyst in Waseca, Minnesota
Start your journey as a System Support Analyst at Cinch Connectivity Solutions. You will be responsible for handling escalated technical issues from associates while leveraging the department's systems support work order system. Our IT team is proud of their contributions, supporting a broad range of internal customers and requests while ensuring the uninterrupted development and manufacturing of high-tech products for key industries like aerospace and defense. Are You Looking to Field service-calls and handle technical escalations. Install, upgrade and maintain network workstations, servers, laptops, cell phones and PC software. Are You Ready to Translate technical details from occasional 'non-technical' requests from the user community. Assist in moves, additions and changes in Microsoft's Active Directory. Serve as the key technical resource in telephony maintenance and ongoing administration. Source and configure cell phones / mobile devices for company employees. What You'll Need Two year degree in Computer Science or Technologies, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Two or more years of experience in Information Systems. Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
