Job Title: Spray Foam Foreman

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Spray Foam Foreman to oversee and perform the installation of spray foam. This role involves leading and managing job progress and crew while onsite, ensuring that trucks and equipment remain clean and stocked, and effectively communicating with customers and superintendents. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for maintaining daily logs in the construction management system, using hand and power tools, reading construction plans and work orders, and operating boom and scissor lifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and perform installation of spray foam.

• Lead and manage job progress and crew while onsite.

• Ensure that trucks and equipment are kept clean and stocked.

• Complete daily logs in the construction management system.

• Communicate daily with customers and superintendents.

• Use hand and power tools to complete installations as needed.

• Read construction plans and work orders.

• Operate boom and scissor lifts.

• Troubleshoot equipment and problem-solving skills.

• Perform routine maintenance on equipment.

• Calculate square footage and apply basic math skills.

Essential Skills

• 1+ years of spray foam experience preferred.

• Ability to read construction plans and work orders.

• Ability to operate boom and scissor lifts.

• Experience driving box trucks and trucks with trailers.

• Basic math skills for calculating square footage.

• Valid driver's license.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Maintain a professional and positive work environment.

• Ability to lift 50 pounds.

• Overtime and travel as needed.
