Caregiver Job Description

Provide safety assurance, companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, incidental transportation, and medication reminders. Providing "hands off" support to elderly clients and assisting with every day tasks.

Hourly Rates

starting at $16.00 plus differential

higher rates available based upon experience, availability and willingness to driving

CNA School Requirements:

• Classroom requirements: 2 days a week for 8 weeks (80 hours/ approximately 9a-5:30p )
• Practical experience in nursing home (clinicals): 1 week (40 hours)
• Approximately $100 fee to cover necessary textbook and supplies
• 1 year employment commitment after attaining licensing certification

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have Valid Driver License
• Must have a reliable vehicle including Auto Registration and Insurance
• Able to lift 25lbs
• Up-to-date Immunization Records (including Covid)
• Able to read, write, and speak in English
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Willing to submit to drug testing, background screenings and BCI check

FLEXIBLE Schedule

(able to work around school schedules)

Shift:

Part-Time: 12-25hrs weekly (more as needed)

*Morning: 7a-4p | 9a-6p

*Evenings: 2p-8p | 4p-11p

Shift Length: 4 to 12 hours (dependent on client needs)
