Are you a seasoned technical leader with a passion for delivering complex projects that drive innovation? Do you thrive at the intersection of technical excellence and strategic leadership? We are looking for an exceptional Technical Project Manager Lead to oversee and elevate the performance of our Technical Project Managers (TPMs) across the EMEA region. This is a high-impact role where you will lead, inspire, and collaborate with teams to achieve transformative results.

Your role in our mission

  • Inspire and Lead: Mentor and guide a team of TPMs across EMEA, serving as their escalation point while fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability.

  • Technical Strategist: Act as the primary technical liaison, building bridges between customer IT teams and internal technical teams (e.g., EIT), ensuring seamless collaboration and delivery.

  • Precision Execution: Drive the creation of Level of Effort (LOE) estimates, technical specifications, and coordinate the execution of development and configuration activities with precision.

  • Strategic Partnership: Partner closely with Project Managers to provide detailed technical timelines, milestone tracking, and completion metrics for all key streams (ImCapture, DXP, IDP).

  • Risk Navigator: Anticipate technical challenges, identify risks early, and implement proactive solutions to ensure the success of projects.

  • Excellence Champion: Guarantee the highest technical quality by aligning with QA teams to define testing strategies and validate outputs against exacting standards.

  • Technical Mastery: A deep understanding of technical project delivery, including development, configuration, and IT infrastructure, with a proven track record of success in complex projects.

  • Project Management Expertise: Advanced knowledge of SDLC frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Lean, Waterfall) and experience with industry-standard tools like Jira to ensure seamless execution.

  • Visionary Leadership: Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams, foster collaboration, and drive accountability at all levels.

  • Exceptional Communicator: A gifted communicator who can translate intricate technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences.
