Position Summary

As a Batteries Supply Planning Team Leader for Energizer’s product’s category, you’ll be responsible for planning finished goods and managing a small team of supply planners. You will be managing a portfolio of products from forecast to shipping to ensure customer satisfaction while meeting company Case Fill Rate and Inventory objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages delivery schedule working with internal and external suppliers to ensure supply and on time delivery

• Manage slow moving and obsolete materials (SLOBs) working with commercial and demand planning to sell and manage discontinued products

• Monthly report out of inventory, case fill rate, slow moving and obsolete materials, disposition of hold product, finished goods at risk, transition to new or updated products

• Managing a small team of supply planners

• Be able to run smaller projects

• Review SAP MRP as well as SAP IBP supply-demand requirements and make decisions on replenishment quantities and timing that optimizing inventory

• Supply Planning Team Leader will be responsible for all Batteries SKU’s and suppliers

• Establish and manage relationship with Procurement, Customer Service,, Demand Planning, PCOE and Marketing to coordinate production timing and shipments to our distribution warehouses

• Identify and expedite finished goods to account for changes in plan to ensure high customer service levels

• Manage inventory levels for assigned product families to ensure high turnover performance

• Identify slow moving materials and proactively manage to reduce inventory

• Proactively work with suppliers to improve supply planning parameters as service level, inventory and responsivenessManage all MRP planning parameters (Master Data) for optimal system performance within SAP/IBP

• Develop, run and generate reports that provide metrics that are clearly actionable.

• Coordinate with internal departments on new item introductions, items transitions and item close outs

What we are looking for

• University degree (ideally in Supply Chain/Logistics)

• 3-4 years of professional supply chain planning and analysis experience

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and technical skills

• ERP/MRP experience required (SAP/SAP IBP preferred)

• Advanced Excel skills

• Ability to utilize Microsoft office platform to analyze situations and identify risks and mitigation plans

• Must have the ability to clearly and concisely communicate with internal and external partners

• Team player, strong initiative and ability to multi-task/management multiple priorities
