Philips Supply Chain Intern in Warszawa, Poland

Support the Supply Chain Team responsible for delivering high-quality healthcare products and services. You will play a key role in effective communication with stakeholders, managing operational tasks, problem-solving, escalating issues, and ensuring timely reporting and monitoring in an organized and compliant manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily support to the Supply Chain Department across the Europe Region.

  • Monitor ongoing operations and take necessary actions at different stages of the process, including handling DEFOAs (Defects on Arrival), such as supply shortages or damaged components.

  • Systematize and fine-tune processes involving third-party suppliers, escalate issues when needed, and collaborate with other departments.

  • Prepare and maintain documentation, ensuring that the team's processes are well-documented and transparent.

  • Promote best practices in KPI management and performance tracking.

Requirements:

  • Student in at least 2nd year of Bachelor studies in Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics, Business Management, or a related field.

  • Analytical mindset with strong Excel skills (passion for data analytics & visualization and Python/Power BI knowledge will be a plus).

  • Enthusiastic about process improvement, some experience in operations or supply chain management will be a plus.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in both English and Polish.

  • Availability to work at least 30 hours per week.
