Philips Senior Quote and Tender Specialist in Warszawa, Poland
The Senior Quote and Tender Specialist is expected to prepare all public and private contracts and tenders documentation for Poland and support the business partners. Additional responsibility for smooth running of the office (orders flow, supplies and equipment, office rental contract supervision, documents flow (tender contracts, offers, agreements with consultants) to and from Sales and between departments.
Your role:
Producing and preparation all documents including quotations for tenders for the sales force across all Business Units / Business Lines (above UE threshold) for Equipment and service
Maintaining tenders announcement and providing info to Key Account Managers
Preparing quotes for private customer on Key Account Managers demand
Coordinating Tenders in terms of cross sectors department
Creating and maintain a total overview of all tenders
Conducting Pre quote activities (credit check, realization time update, etc.)
Setting priorities and ensures correct and completeness of tenders within required timeframes
Ensuring correct and up-to-date quality documentation and coordinate timely alignment in terms of tender related issues with internal and external stakeholders
Coordinating and preparing quotes approval in dedicated tool
Contract Management; preparation contracts for public and private customer
Preparing and maintaining demo contracts,
Preparing consortium contracts,
Conducting reviews with the Q&R organization and lead the implementation of improvement actions to ensure that the relevant part of the quality system meets internal requirements and the standards & regulations stipulated by applicable external bodies

You're the right fit if you have:
Graduated with Bachelor or Master degree.
English on intermediate level
3-5 years of public procurement low experience, more appreciated from the current public procurement low
Tenders experience and expertise (medical devices and equipment preferred, civil works, service contracts)
Self-driven and pro-active, able to work independently in virtual environment, multitasking skills, “Can do” attitude
