UL, LLC Sales Coverage Analyst in Warszawa, Poland

This position is hybrid from Warsaw, Poland.

The Commercial Effectiveness Sales Coverage team drives the governance process for the coverage model. The team is provide guidance, develop tools and support the sales team implementing their territories plans to establish accurate SIP crediting and build quota assignments. A Coverage Analyst helps create a scalable, maintainable, and reliable infrastructure for quota settings and SIP calculation. As a Coverage Analyst you will be developing SQL/ETL queries, building and enhancing our data lake, generating automated reports, manipulating data using Python scripts, and creating relevant KPIs and Metris for performance for commercial effectiveness team under the commercial excellent division.

  • Develop and maintain Optimization and Performance reporting of Go-To-market (GTM) strategy with strong data analysis and building dashboards

  • Supports monitoring, tracking and analysis of sales coverage change request from the business.

  • Consolidate, manage and maintain critical business data from various data sources

  • Continues to identify gaps and discrepancies in sales coverage change requests from the business.

  • Supports the sales coverage manager on quarterly analysis of sales coverage.

  • Performs in-depth analysis on data to identify insights, trends and formulate hypothesis.

  • Uses prescribes guidelines to analyze and communicate issues to sales coverage manager and other relevant stakeholders.

  • Manage communication among all stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration.

  • Communicates and works with various stakeholders from the business/Sales leaders, Sales Managers, Sales quota, SIP administration, Finance, Lead-to-order technology teams etc.

  • Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.

  • Support data validation and reconciliation activities

  • Assist in the development of presentation materials

  • Interface with other technology teams to extract, transform, and load data from a wide variety of data sources using SQL, Azure, and Python.

  • Apply your expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers and understand how our users interact with product

  • Help architect and develop our reporting database, using data warehousing / ETL concepts to build new fields and tables, improve query efficiency, QA changes, troubleshoot problems, and scale our data warehouse

  • Perform Ad-hoc analysis and data consolitation

  • University Degree in Business Administration or a similar field of study 2 to 5 years relevant experience.

  • Experience in Salesforce, SQL, oracle financial systems and database management tools.

  • High proficiency in MS Excel and strong ability to create PowerPoint presentations.

  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable in responding to ad hoc, time-sensitive requests.

  • Ability to integrate knowledge from multiple sources and creates meaningful interpretations/insights.

  • Experience communicating with various stakeholders.

  • Strong communication, analytical, financial modeling, data mining and visualization skills.

  • Prior experience in sales ops preferred.

  • Apply expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers and understand how our users interact with our products and services

  • Experience in PowerBI, Tableau or other relevant tools

  • Strong analytical skills and comfort breaking down and attacking open ended problems

  • Team player that can collaborate and communicate with people across all levels and functions
