THE OPPORTUNITY

Title: Global Operations Project Manager -Fixed-Term Contract until 31st December 2024

Location: Poland-Remote

Job summary

The Transformation Project Manager is primarily responsible for supporting high-impact strategic initiatives across Iron Mountain globally. The Project Manager ensures scalability and full global deployment of existing and new transformational projects and initiatives with an emphasis on accelerating revenue growth. This may include all aspects of operations including transportation, field operations, special projects, and other transformational areas as we grow.

Your role in our mission:

● Manage multiple projects (from planning through execution) to ensure successful delivery

● Drive projects forward and to completion by identifying obstacles and participating in developing solutions

● Align project changes, risks, and dependencies with the overall plan.

● Provide accurate and timely communications and reporting for all assigned projects

● Participate and support governance meetings and reviews as needed

● Oversee the reporting process and results for projects

● Monitor and report key metrics associated with Global Transformational projects (ie volumes, timeliness,

accuracy

● Liaison with multiple teams within the GlobalOps Transformation team

Valued skills and experience:

• Experience in managing complex projects with Senior stakeholders; ideally at VP level

• Able to lead projects at a Senior level; and handle situations around deviation from goal

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A high degree of personal ownership and accountability to consistently deliver results and prioritize work in a fast-paced and high-profile environment.

• Demonstrate a strong willingness to work independently to learn new processes and skills; this includes the ability to work in a virtual environment.
