At Procter & Gamble we are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team. As a UX/UI Designer, you will play a pivotal role in creating exceptional user experiences and visually appealing digital applications. You will work closely with multi-disciplinary teams, including engineers, product managers, business partners, to define Jobs to Be Done and deliver innovative design solutions that meet user needs and business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Create personas, user journeys, information architecture, user flows, wireframes, and mockups to guide the design process.

  • Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency across multiple digital applications.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute design strategies that align with business goals.

  • Conduct user and usability testing, analyze the results, and utilize insights to inform design decisions.

  • Embrace Agile methodologies, embracing a fail-fast, learn, and iterate approach to design.

  • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, business partners to define and refine Jobs to Be Done for digital applications.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design best practices, strategies, technologies, and industry changes, and incorporate them into design work.

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role

  • Knowledge of creating personas, user journeys, information architecture, user flows, wireframes, and mockups using industry-standard design tools (Figma).

  • Familiarity with design systems, design thinking, and user-centered design principles.

  • Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and analyzing data to inform design decisions is a plus

  • Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail and a deep understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.

  • Proficient in prototyping tools to create interactive and high-fidelity prototypes.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and explain design concepts to stakeholders.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.

  • A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and industry changes.
