Transaction Management Support
About the Role:
As a CBRE Transaction Management Support,
This job is part of the Advisory & Transactions, Transaction Management team including
providing Transaction Management Support to one of CBRE’s key accounts
coordinating the account, reporting, providing support to the account
improving account efficiency and integration between service lines.
What You’ll Do:
Tracking active projects and preparing status reports
Monitoring project timelines and resolving / escalating variances
Preparing reports including critical dates, opportunities and performance score
Coordinating and tracking signed contract documentation and other project related documents
Collaborating with the lease administration team as required
Collaborating with Transaction/Portfolio Managers as required
Collaborating with Facility Managers on cost schedule updates as required
Supporting the Transaction/Portfolio Manager in business unit and project specific conference call
Collecting and inputting of all transaction information into the transaction module and management approval workflows
Rental and indexation reports validation as required
Supporting the Transaction/Portfolio Manager in annual budgeting
Taking directions from the Transaction/Portfolio Manager and creating transactions in the transaction module
Maintaining playbooks, handbooks and process maps
Improving processes with strategic objective
Being mindful of KPIs for account with continued efforts to support team delivery Globally on improved KPI scoring
Tracking down documentation and updating the database as required
Review and re-develop account processes on a regular basis
Performing other services from time to time specifically related to the Transaction Management Support role.
What You’ll Need:
Fluent English in speaking and writing
Previous commercial real estate experience is required
Good IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Outlook, Salesforce, SharePoint)
Accurate and exceptional attention to details
Good analytical skills
Proven client facing experience
Good communications skills both verbally and in writing
Ambitious and self-motivated
Pro-activeness, ability to take initiative and not wait for instructions
Ability to prioritise and co-ordinate tasks efficiently ensuring all deadlines are met
Confident and assertive where required
Good interpersonal skills and ability to quickly form professional relationships with colleagues and clients at all levels of seniority, gain credibility and influence stakeholders at all levels
