UL, LLC Sales Process Specialist in Warsaw, Poland
The Built Environment (BE) business unit is one of UL Solutions' oldest, having been created over 100 years ago . Over this time, our Built Environment teams have been support our customers across 4 main areas: Building & Construction, Fire Safety & Security, Building Quality & Compliance and Personal Protective Equipment.
For our BE Sales Process Support Team , we are looking for the Sales Process Specialist who will support UL’s sales professionals in administrative tasks, including: quote generation, order processing and booking, and post-sales support for our clients.

Engages with customers via telephone or electronic inquiries to address inquiries and admin-related activities.
Coordinates pre- and post-sale actions to ensure customers are meeting TIC certification requirements and product or service adoption timelines.
Ensures that the follow-up with customer is scheduled and supports turning quotes into orders.
Supports our sales professionals by performing (included but not limited to) admin-related tasks and collaborates with internal stakeholders to resolve customer inquiries.
Connects customer to appropriate UL personnel (Account Manager, SEs/ISEs, delivery teams and engineers, etc.) when appropriate.
Based on the relationship and deep understanding of the customer and needs, provides input to account manager or SE/ISE to inform sales strategy where applicable.
Builds an internal UL problem-solving network and proactively engages other teams to anticipate problems, improve delivery, and develop solutions that improve the customer experience.
Meets established timelines for pre-and post-sales activities presenting a strong customer focus and engagement.

High School diploma
Working experience in sales-related roles, preferably sales support and/or sales processes support.
Very good level of English language.
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), and Salesforce or other CRM software.
Pro-active approach and ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Good sales and interpersonal skills and ability to find alternative solutions.
A strong team player who is able to successfully collaborate with the team and stakeholders.
