PS Transition Coordinator
About the Role:
As a CBRE PS Transition Coordinator, the candidate will join the Portfolio Services Team and play an integral role in the management of transition of new Clients with global portfolios.
What You'll Do:
Acting as point of contact for the transition projects between the Client, Regional Transition Manager and Delivery Teams
Oversee and consult project plan with Regional Transition Managers
Regular reporting on transition status including risks and suggest mitigation plan
Deliver appropriate communications to project and delivery teams including participation in project status meetings and Client calls
Apply CBRE Transition methodology, Data Standards and Best Practices
Perform database discovery, data gap analysis and data validation at go live date
Prepare process mapping and transition documentation for delivery tea,
Ensure proper reconciliation of transition costs
Manage Portfolio Services BSO Transition Team defined for a Project and chair regular meetings with the team
Build strong working relationships with the various BSO teams, Managers and wider stakeholders while working on project and other activities
Participate in new business development activities and support sales team in designing solutions for new Clients
Identify, recommend and implement where applicable process improvements
Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor
What You'll Need:
Fluent English is a must
Second foreign language will be an advantage
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, Viso)
Highly developed analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
Presentation skills
Proactive approach with Client and improvement focus
Team player and fast learner
Detail-orientation, accuracy, proactivity
Ability to work under pressure and in highly changeable working environment
Experience in managing a group of highly skilled business professionals
Project Management will be an advantage
