Responsibilities

What You Will Bring

  • Candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related field;

  • Candidate must have at least eight (8) years of professional Information Technology experience;

  • PMP or Prince2 or other Project Management Certification is essential;

  • Experience with Oracle products & services is not prerequisite, but will be considered as an advantage;

  • Demonstrated knowledge of cloud computing models and concepts (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS and Public, Hybrid, Private);

  • Demonstrates in-depth understanding of customers' industries and core business processes, and their technical and business needs;

  • Energy sector knowledge is an asset;

  • Experience in Service Management from a delivery perspective;

  • Profound, hands-on experience in IT Technology;

  • Builds significant long-term relationships with key customer contacts;

  • Background in Professional Services, Account Management, Project Management, Enterprise IT Management, Customer Support, Enterprise software deployments;

  • Strong interpersonal skills, Extensive customer "face-to-face" experience at middle or executive levels,

  • Strong relationship building skills,

  • Conflict management skills, time management and self-management ability,

  • Business Acumen

  • Strong team orientation,

  • Experience in IT/Account Management

  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, with Polish as either the native language or extremely fluent.

What You Will Do

  • At the highest level, the objective of Project Management is to achieve a very high level of Customer satisfaction with the service(s) that the Customer has purchased.

  • PMs provide best practice advice and guidance regarding the implementation, deployment support and operation of Oracle applications, technology and hardware infrastructure. This enables customers to make fully informed decisions to help them maximize the business value of their Oracle investment and achieve the desired business outcomes while minimizing risk.

  • The PM will drive recommendations through to resolution by working with customer stakeholders to ensure appropriate level of sponsorship and prioritization.

  • PMs are responsible for establishing and maintaining a delivery governance model with the Customer at the operational, management and executive levels, as applicable. As the Customer’s primary point of contact for the delivery of the Oracle services contract, PMs maintain relationships with Customer stakeholders, understanding and aligning their objectives and perceptions with the contract scope. In addition, they operate as the Oracle representative to the customer, aiding and facilitating customer communications and activities across other Oracle lines of business.

  • Whether a project, support or managed service, the PM is the Customer’s trusted advisor is responsible for proactively guiding the Customer to successful outcomes in the use of Oracle technologies to support their business.

  • Tasks include delivering to the contracted terms, effective and efficient use of Oracle delivery resources, achieving the estimated contract margin and managing burn rate expectations. The role also includes identifying risks with mitigation recommendations, escalation management and coordinating resources from across Oracle to provide resolution without the need to escalate further. Management also includes the distribution of documents and deliverables and accurate record-keeping, supporting business management that meets quality review and auditing expectations.

  • ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT: Works proactively with the customer to understand key customer projects, pertinent goals, and customer KPIs. Develops an account plan and strategy for leveraging services to achieve the desired value-based objectives. Perform ongoing account oversight and conduct periodic Account Reviews and reporting.

  • ESTABLISHING SERVICE VALUE PROPOSITION: The PM works collaboratively with the customer and other members of the account team to understand the Key Business Specifications, the appropriate KPIs, and the associated Payback Avenues to drive ROI for the customer.

  • BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT: Recognizes and solicits business opportunities within customer accounts and develops to the point where the sales organization can engage in deal pursuit.
