The Field Service Planner for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for coordination of service activities and setting work graphics in the system accordingly, ensure that the installation base is functioning correctly and that the services are provided in accordance with the terms of the trade agreements and the requirements of the manufacturers - proper planning and organization of the FSE work, planning installation, coordination, planning Preventive Maintenance (PMs) in accordance with the manufacturers’ recommendations, Implementation of corrective and preventive measures (MODs) recommended by manufacturers

This position is part of the Technical Service located in Poland and will be onsite. You will be responsible for installation and maintenance of Beckman Coulter equipment in south part of Poland, hence the ideal location is Warsaw.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Coordination of service activities and setting work graphics in the system accordingly.

• Ensure that the installation base is functioning correctly and that the services are provided in accordance with the terms of the trade agreements and the requirements of the manufacturers - proper planning and organization of the FSE work

• Planning installation, coordination with AS

• Planning Preventive Maintenance (PMs) in accordance with the manufacturers’ recommendations

• Implementation of corrective and preventive measures (MODs) recommended by manufacturers

  The essential requirements of the job include:

• Working knowledge of supported operating systems, software and hardware preferred

• Ability to take a helicopter view and monitor and coordinate multiple operations

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Solution oriented with problem solving skills and improvement oriented

• BA in Engineering (Bioengineering, Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical)

• Fluent Polish and high level of English (reading & writing)

• Logical and creative thinking and problem-solving approach

• Developed analytical skills and application of scientific methods to perform a variety of activities

• Ability to recognize and solve typical problems that can occur in own work area without supervisory approval; evaluates and selects solutions from established operating procedures and/or scientific methods
