This role supports Finance FP&A CEE with in-depth business analysis, decision support and reporting for the total CEE area. That includes the coordination and communication with the entire category finance community within Central | Eastern Europe, business partnering with wider Finance and broader teams.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Drive and coordinate all aspects of financial planning (Annual Contract (AC), the revised forecasts and strategic plans) with country teams, including timings and deadlines for submission. Ensure proper data submission. You will own data collection and verify data integrity.

  • Support work on area presentations for all major forecasts and coordinate / prepare the financials schedules for the area.

  • Coordinate and consolidate P&L outlook for total CEE and support discussion.

  • Provide ad hoc financial analysis and decision support on financial matters that impact short term results and strategic decision. Actively support closing process and analysis of business results and outlooks

  • Coordinate and consolidate reports and ensure smooth running of IBP/ADR (monthly demand review) processes for total CEE.

  • Drive for continuous process improvements & simplification and ensure that best in class practices are used within all finance teams.

  • Play an active role in the CEE finance team and contribute to high-performing Finance team.

  • Drive digital agenda with the hub finance teams to ensure we continue to leverage digital tools more.

  • Ensure a strong controls and compliance environment in your area of scope and ensure full compliance with our policies.

What you will bring

  • Fluent English

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel

  • Ability to identify/execute opportunities and leverage technology to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness

In return for your commitment, drive and enthusiasm, we offer salary starting from 3000 € plus annual bonus payment based on your performance. The final offer will depend on the skills and previous experience of the candidate. We also offer top attractive benefits.
