LEAP Lean Operation Leader will be responsible for driving initiatives to improve the effectiveness of the LEAP engineering team and interfacing with partner organization to provide effective coordination of metrics, dashboards, functional processes, and cross-functional initiative coordination. Besides above, will actively drive LEAN culture and impact the team's ability to achieve expected targets. Operation Leader will be responsible for major and complex assignments with long-term business implications, manage complex issues within functional areas of expertise, and contribute to the overall business strategy . Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement and improve organization's standard work.

  • Participate in Weekly Operating Reviews (WOR) and Monthly Operating Reviews (MOR) to actively support LEAP leadership

  • Process, KPIs, metrics tracking. Responsible for headcount and various other data collections that are used for ultimate decision making

  • Drive LEAN mindset and identify/eliminate waste and inefficiencies.

  • Identify areas where digital tools may improve processes and execute their implementation

  • Own and maintain the organization’s budget, including program funding and overhead expenses.

  • Own and facilitate updates to the organization’s resource strategy.

  • Partner global operation leaders to ensure business needs are being appropriately communicated and prioritized.

  • Partner with the organization's staff members to drive accountability for achieving KPI targets and other business metrics.

  • Provide strong guidance and contribution to entire team to increase effectiveness in standard work to achieve organization targets

  • Communicate progress to all levels of the organization

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Engineering

  • Significant experience in different engineering roles

  • Excellent human skills (including communication, ‘can do’ attitude, solution vs excuses orientation) and ability to work in unstructured environment

  • Flexibility and quick change accommodation
