Citigroup Investment Funds Operations Junior Analyst in Warsaw, Poland

Responsibilities:

  • Processing, verification and record keeping for investment products based on the provided documentation and instruction.

  • Support Investment Operations in daily activities.

  • Investigating discrepancies and ensuring strong internal controls

  • Identifying inconsistencies in the process and mitigating risks in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Maintaining communication and relations with internal and external key stakeholders from multiple locations.

  • Contributing to the completion and maintenance of procedures and SLA.

  • Participation and coordination of the UAT test for new systems, products or functionalities.

Requirements:

  • University degree at relevant studies (finance, economy, accounting).

  • Previous experience in Business, Accounting, or Finance (Financial Institutions or Capital Markets).

  • Understanding of Investment Products and Financial Markets

  • Very good command of English.

  • Ability to learn quickly and is willing to acquire new skills.

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, beneficial with VBA experience.
