This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to drive HR initiatives within Brown-Forman Poland, leading with influence and having the opportunity to partner with passionate and engaged team members and managers.

Meaningful Work From Day One

In this role, you will be an influential HR business partner to functional leaders and teams. This is an extended leadership role responsible for embedding our people and culture initiatives, supporting office management and payroll activities. As part of an HR Team responsible for an exciting and rewarding people-first agenda, you will manage the day-to-day HR processes and facilitate the execution of business strategies through people and organisational development.

This is a maternity cover / fixed term contract till the end of April 2026.

What You Can Expect

● Executes the People & Culture strategy for Poland by serving as an HR business partner to assigned functional and regional stakeholders.

○ Represents the HR function across stakeholders.

○ First point of contact in HR related matters within the business unit.

○ Facilitates coaching and team workshops to drive organisational effectiveness and collaboration.

● Champions our people first culture throughout the employee life-cycle, including but not limited to: recruitment, development, performance and talent management, engagement and culture initiatives.

● Ensures uniform and equitable application of organisational policies and procedures including investigation and resolution of employee issues.

● Partners with global centres of excellence to deliver key initiatives across Organisational Performance & Learning, Total Rewards and Workforce Planning.

● Engages regularly with teams to create a positive and productive employee relations environment. Handles sensitive employee relations issues to ensure proper process and follow-up actions are completed.

● Partners with the HR Director to support succession planning, organisational design and talent development.

● Actively supports the B-F diversity and inclusion strategy and leads by example to create an environment of inclusive leadership.

What You Bring to the Table

● 5+ years experience as an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner or similar position, with demonstrated experience aligning HR initiatives to business needs

● Essential to this role is a strong understanding and application of Polish Labour Law and cases, solid experience in payroll & bene its administration

● Advanced computer skills with current, or ability to quickly build, proficiency of HRM systems, Google G Suite [Slides, Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar and Mail], Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel & other software, as needed

● Excellent collaboration, communication, coaching and influencing skills

● Ability to build strong relationships throughout all levels and across cultures

● Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment

● Demonstrated champion of diversity and inclusion

What Makes You Unique

● Prior Experience in wine and spirits or luxury FMCG industries

● Prior Experience in HR partnering for Sales & Marketing

● CIPD Accredited and qualified
