The CBRE HSE Analyst is responsible for supporting a key tech client’s HSE operations in the EMEA region. This role involves working directly with the client’s regional HSE team to assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of data associated with HSE programs and initiatives, in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing and implementing HSE programs that comply with regulatory requirements and align with client needs. Regularly review and update programs to ensure compliance and effectiveness.

  • Conduct risk assessments and propose control strategies to mitigate identified risks.

  • Collect data through effective client and stakeholder engagement, providing valuable reporting to the client. Manage projects utilizing data tracking and record-keeping systems, and produce data visualizations such as charts, infographics, and dashboards.

  • Serve as a supporting resource for regional HSE communications, strategies, and initiatives. Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to gather information and facilitate collaboration.

  • Model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values, taking ownership of the quality of work and its impact.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the HSE field.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and related applications.

  • Fluency in English and Polish is required.

  • Bachelor’s degree in an HSE-related field; work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
