Purpose

Support compliance in different T&E areas (e.g. Company Policies And Procedures) and knowledge management.

The Job (responsibilities):

• Responsible for sample audit on processed expense reports to ensure accuracy of actions taken by T&E Reviewers

• Support and provide regular feedback to T&E Reviewers

• Deal with escalations raised by Employees and other stakeholders

• Reviewing and maintaining the T&E documentation

• Support in building the process of quality assurance for key T&E processes

• Identifying process gaps and recommending improvements for T&E procedures, communication with employees, compliance enforcement and process efficiency

• Data Analytics and subsequently results reporting to T&E Management

• Working as a backup for Global T&E Quality Assurance Lead

• Reporting to Global T&E Quality Assurance Lead

The Person (requirements):

• 3+ years of relevant T&E experience in expense processing, audit or quality assurance

• Knowledge of Concur system will be an asset

• English language - very good command spoken and written

• High interpersonal skills with inclusive attitude; able to be working with different cultures and business practices in a changing organization,

• Able to challenge existing business process for the sake of standardization and compliance with Global T&E Policy

• Good command of MS office (PPT, Word, Excel)

• Mature attitude towards challenges and problem solving, able to work independently (with limited support)

• Highly organized, efficient, detail-oriented and able to work with tight deadlines and changing priorities

• Able to meet tight deadlines during projects

• Proactive and innovative (process improvement, identify additional opportunities)
