Starszy Analityk Finansowy/ Senior Finance Analyst

Responsibilities:

•Understanding the contract and its financial implication

•Contract (deals) / project setup & amendments; change verification / approval

•Review contract-related pricing issues and work on to correct

•Monthly billing and revenue recognition

•Reconciliation and cost tracking facility management and real estate projects, including financial closeout and billing

•Liaison with local CRS team and regional business office in terms of CRS financials and reporting

•Forming strong relationships and supporting adherence to processes and policies with CBRE's cross-functional teams and other CBRE Business Units in both pre-contract and post-contract activities

•Support the development of best practice processes, templates, and guidance documents and

advise stakeholders on the processes

Requirements:

•At least 4 years experience in Business Finance/Controllership.

•As alternative – strong, at least 4 years experience in RTR/CTC processes

•Comprehensive and practical knowledge and understanding of finance principles

•Practical knowledge of Real Estate contracts and its management from the financial aspect

•Practical knowledge of People Soft System; oriented on project costing module

•Strong command of English language (both written & verbal)

•Care for the accuracy of the financial data

•Bachelor/Master’s degree

•Excellent PC and Microsoft Office skills

•Proper priority setting and time management – target orientated

•Flexibility, ability to deal with ambiguity and change

•Ability to work independently, requiring minimal supervision when appropriate, and effectively in a complex environment

•Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex issues to both financial and non-financial colleagues
