Your day at NTT DATA
The Field Services Delivery Manager, Service Delivery is primarily responsible for managing one or more junior Service Delivery Specialists. This role ensures continuity in service and may also act as an advocate for the client within NTT Ltd.
This role supports the business by taking responsibility for overall contract management for medium to large complex client contracts. This role is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, service delivery and contract profitability for their assigned client contracts – can be specific client accounts or a group of accounts.
What you'll be doing
Key Responsibilities:
Professional and efficient delivery of onsite works (field services), particularly in the areas of A/V systems installations, EX (Employee Experience) systems deployments, Wireless networks support (site-survey audits), as well as maintenance and PoC projects for these systems.
Managing implementation projects, mostly concerning A/V systems installations and EX (Employee Experience) systems deployments.
Truly leading and growing a small team of technical and support specialists. Identifying opportunities for hiring, developing and retaining top talents. Managing performance, setting objectives, and coaching your team to help them achieve their career goals and transform into new areas.
Overseeing services to ensure high quality, SLA delivery, and customer satisfaction. Partnering with customer technical leads, business owners, executives, and partners to manage a long-term, close and supportive cooperation.
Interacting with sales, go-to-market, partners, and customer technical stakeholders to secure skills, analysing risks and making decisions on priorities.
Facilitate an environment of inclusion that leverages diverse perspectives and talent.
Required Experience:
Solid demonstrated years of experience in service delivery and/or related function in a medium to large ICT organization, preferably IT service provider.
Solid experience in delivering IT services, managing IT projects, and understanding the IT service lifecycle.
Solid experience in managing client relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Moderate level of experience managing and leading a service delivery team and /or related function.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in working with subcontractors, managing and executing projects involving IT/OT infrastructure and A/V systems, delivered using both internal and external resources.
General knowledge of telecommunication networks, teleconferencing systems, and A/V systems, allowing for the assessment of installation work quality, recommending improvements, and lifecycle management (including Cisco Systems, Biamp, Crestron, Logitech, etc.).
Experience in building and leading technical teams, including hiring, developing, setting objectives, and managing performance.
Understanding of value proposition of Employee Experience technologies.
Excellent business acumen and creative problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational project management and people leadership skills.
Ability to communicate fluently in Polish and English.
