Client Services Associate I - Warsaw, Poland - Office based

We are currently seeking a Client Service Associate I to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Client Service Associate I at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service, managing client relationships, and ensuring the smooth operation of client projects.

The role:

• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are executed effectively and efficiently

• Coordinating and facilitating meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and documentation.

• Providing administrative support, such as maintaining records, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.

• Drafting contracts amendments and confidential disclosure agreements with sites;

• Close communication with the Sites regarding negotiations progress and execution of documents;

• Organize and place documents in sponsor-specific eTMF

• track essential documents and dates in the systems

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field preferred.

• Previous experience in customer service, client relations, or a similar role is advantageous.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
