Client Accounting Process Expert
About the Role:
As a CBRE BSO Client Accounting Process Expert, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations and reporting of Global Workplace Solutionions Client Accounting.
What You’ll Do:
Develop process workflow and design in compliance with regulatory requirements
Develop and implement process solutions to improve operational efficiency
Optimize and standardise processes within the department
Monitor and measure benefits of post process implementation to ensure product quality, efficiency, and improvement
Identify risks and issues in business processes and systems
Identify and analyse business processes to be improved
Recommend innovative business and technical solutions to improve operational effectiveness
Monitor compliance with internal control policies and procedures and supporting internal and external audit requirements;
Gathering data for Key Performance Indicators’ calculation for the department
Create and standardise process maps, procedures, and lean tools as well as presentations for quarterly team townhalls;
Participate in companies’ projects, transitions, and transformations
Maintain relations with internal and external stakeholders, escalate and address issues
Coordinate induction process for new joiners
Support and coordination of month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing procedure
Coordinate process of Balance Sheet reconciliations
Prepare reports and ad hoc analysis and additional job duties for Line Manager and other stakeholders
What You’ll Need:
At least 2 years of experience in accounting department or similar BSO structures
Advanced computer skills on MS Office (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
Ability to process large amounts of data, building process flows, maps and preparing presentations
Excellent problem-solving skills and cooperation attitude
Fluency in English in speaking and writing
Accuracy and attention to details .
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build relationship across various stakeholders.
Ability to communicate, explain and socialize procedures, solution proposals to relevant stakeholders
Knowledge and practice in accounting and finance would be an asset
ERP (iScala, People Soft, JDE) experience would be an asset.
