Your Role and Responsibilities

Konsultant ds. transformacji biznesowej w bankowości pomaga klientom udoskonalić strategię biznesową i związane z nią procesy biznesowe w obszarze usług finansowych.

Rola ta koncentruje się na doradztwie dla sektora bankowego. Osoba taka posiada znajomość funkcjonowania sprawozdań finansowych banku, zasad księgowych (w tym IFRS) oraz operacji bankowych i księgowych.

Wspiera rozwój podstawowej transformacji zaplecza bankowego w zakresie rozliczeń, zgodności, księgowości, zarządzania finansami, bankowości internetowej i mobilnej czy transformacji oddziałów.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Znajomość funkcjonowania sprawozdań finansowych banku: bilans (w tym) rachunek wyników, pozabilans Banku (bilans, rachunek wyników - składniki bilansu, typowe zespoły księgowe, pojęcia księgowe)

• Znajomość podstawowych zasad księgowych dla podstawowych produktów bankowych kredyty, rachunki, po których stronach bilansu, rejestracja miar związanych z nimi: kapitał, odsetki, prowizje, rozliczanie w czasie przychodów (EIR [ESP]), pomniejszenia należności (rezerwy kredytowe), wpływ zmian w poszczególnych kategoriach na rachunek wyników, zasady związane z wyceną walutową, kalkulacją różnic kursowych

• Podstawowa znajomość produktów skarbowych (treasury)

• Znajomość zasad i reguł księgowości IFRS, w tym w szczególności IFRS 9 specyfika IFRS (default/non-default), w tym zmian wynikających z IFRS 9 (stage IFRS, portfel POCI)

• Znajomość pojęć z zakresy ryzyka kredytowego

• Rozumienie podstawowych operacji bankowych i ich skutków księgowych spłata, wypłata, transza

• Naliczenie odsetek, kapitalizacja, rodzaje odsetek

• Odpisy (umorzeń całkowitych, umorzeń częściowych, spisań częściowych, spisań do pozabilansu, spisań całkowitych)

• Podstawowa znajomość systemów księgowych i operacji księgowych księgowanie, storno, korekta księgowa, dekrety księgowe, obroty, procedura EoM, specyfika księgowa EoY;

• Znajomość baz danych, SQL , hurtowni danych konstrukcja zapytań, operacje na rekordach, tabele, widoki, procedury, funkcje, ... dla Oracle, db2

• Umiejętność projektowania rozwiązań IT, w odniesieniu głównie do bazy danych, modelu danych, operacji ETL, w celu realizacji określonych funkcjonalności

• Zarządzanie zespołem, delegowanie zadań, priorytetyzacja zadań

• Podstawowa znajomość i wiedza o systemach bankowych core banking (preferowany def3000)

• Umiejętności programistyczne przynajmniej na średnim poziomie

• Umiejętność oceny możliwych podejść do realizacji funkcjonalności
