A Day in the Life

Join our team at the Order Entry and Order Validation Lab based in Warsaw, Poland, where you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with diverse stakeholders across multiple countries, tackling a variety of challenges that make every day different.

In this role, you will enjoy a high degree of independence, offering you the unique chance to shape your career path. The Order Entry and Order Validation Lab is a dynamic and innovative environment where proactive engagement and collaboration are encouraged, enabling you to learn and develop skills in multiple directions while contributing to Medtronic’s success. The successful candidate will work in hybrid work environment – 2 days in the Warsaw office and 3 days from home

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Managing the order entry process and continuously working on its optimization

• Preparing reports and trend analyses and based on this, making recommendations for process and tools changes

• Organizing and attending regular and ad hoc meetings to present results, establish action plans and consistently monitor and enforce them

• Preparing report-outs on ongoing activities/initiatives

• Collaborating with vendor to optimize performance and ensure the highest quality of customer service

• Working with other process participants to identify optimization opportunities and implement innovations

• Seeking best practices and synergies among Western Europe markets

• Collaborating with the supervised market, maintaining relationships and supporting regional co-workers in the order entry area

• Documenting process and process changes and communicating them

• Participating in transition and standardization projects

• Deepening market and product knowledge to gain maximum expertise in the supervised area

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Experience with transformation initiatives

• Ability to identify automation potential

• Analytical skills to be able to drive conclusions

• Spoken and written proficiency in English and one of the following languages: Italian OR Spanish OR French OR German (at least B2 level)

• “Challenging the status quo” improvement mindset

• Proactivity and adaptability to change

• Great team player, with the ability to deliver results independently.

Experience in PowerPoint presentation is an advantage
