Citigroup Business Analyst/Developer in Warsaw, Poland

Team/Role Overview:

This is a role of an Assistant Vice President Project Developer Analyst in Securities Services Operations Remediation and Solution Design Team. The Team consists of c. 10 Developers and Business Analysts responsible for facilitating solution identification, automation and development for new products and functionalities in Securities Services.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop creative technical solutions to meet business needs.

  • Manage complex productivity initiatives.

  • Business analysis of technical and operational problems.

  • Comprehensive mapping of processes and visualisation of solutions.

  • Monitoring of projects status; reporting the status to senior management

What we’ll need from you:

  • Around 3 years of experience in business analysis or related fields.

  • 6 years of professional experience.

  • Proven experience in redesigning complex operational processes

  • Advanced project management skills

  • Experience in automating through low code platforms, technologies eg. Appian, Xceptor, Oracle Application Express.

  • Knowledge of some of: VBA, SQL, C#,VB.Net will be beneficial
