[**[Quality Manager (Warsaw, IN) - Full Time [[Lead the companys quality management system (ISO 13485 compliance) and ensure that all products and services meet or exceed customer requirements and industry standards. Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management System in compliance with ISO standards. Develop and manage quality control procedures, including inspection and testing protocols, product quality standards, and documentation requirements. Conduct quality audits and assessments of products and services to identify areas for improvement. Collect and analyze data identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in quality and efficiency. Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality control records, reports, and documentation. Maintain the calibration program for all inspection tools and gauges in accordance with department and organization Good Manufacturing Practices. Coordinate quality planning, inspection method development and defect prevention/corrective action processes for new and existing products. Engage with customers and gather product feedback. Manage quality audits. Providing training and support to employees on quality control procedures and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective and preventive actions. Supervise Quality Inspectors.

[[Position Requirements: Masters degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or Quality Management or Engineering Management or closely related. 5% of travel within the state and nationally to visit suppliers and audit suppliers when needed required.
