Job Summary: Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dedicated and experienced 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to lead our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the production team during the 2nd shift
Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality
Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures
Train and develop team members to improve performance
Address and resolve production issues in a timely manner
Maintain accurate production records and reports
Collaborate with other departments to meet production goals
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in management or a related field is a plus
Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to work 2nd shift
Strong attention to detail
Knowledge of production processes and equipment
