Lake City Bank Compliance Officer; Warsaw, IN in Warsaw, Indiana
Salary Range:$50,000.00 To 55,000.00 Annually
Are you an experienced banker that enjoys working behind the scenes and has an eye for detail? Are you interested in working for a company that cares about your future? As a Compliance Officer in Warsaw, IN you will:
- Manage the Bank's Complaint Management Program including the complaint policy, logging complaints and confirming resolution, and providing summary reports and trending data to relevant business lines and committees.
- Assist with the development and implementation of the Bank's Compliance Management System (CMS).
- Collaborate with the Bank's Product and Application Management teams to vet and implement potential vendors and to develop, test and implement new products and services.
Basic Qualifications Include:
- Associate's Degree in a business related field; or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years banking experience required.
- Personal computer competency with advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- The ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations and to stay abreast of new rules and regulations.
- Ability to author reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
