Job Title: Systems Engineer

Job Description

We are currently hiring Systems Engineers in Warrenton, VA to support the full life cycle SE process for a new Navy program. You will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining systems that support customer missions. You will be expected to partner with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of hardware, software, and network components to achieve optimal system performance and reliability. We are building the US Navy a state-of-the-art digital ground station for in-fill and ex-fill (transport and receive) communications. It has both signal processing and some non-signal processing FPGA applications.

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Warrenton, Virginia and some days remote.

Work Environment

This role is a hybrid role with 2 days a week being onsite in Warrenton, VA. They have two different offices in the Vint Hill technology park where there is a brewery, winery, and CrossFit. The total team supporting this program is 13 people but including subcontracts the team sits at 25-30 people.
