What you'll do:

The Operations Coordinator serves as a critical link between vendor team leadership and the CE (Critical Environment) team, ensuring seamless coordination of maintenance activities. This role focuses on scheduling, planning, and managing resources to support preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. The Operations Coordinator also oversees third-party vendor management, CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) support, and process improvements to enhance team performance and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the central point of contact for contractor management, preventive maintenance scheduling/planning, and corrective work task coordination for CE team activities.

  • Partner with local training teams to ensure staff qualifications align with current maintenance requirements.

  • Manage and coordinate third-party vendors to balance workloads and ensure adequate supervision by CE team resources.

  • Maintain and improve CMMS data accuracy and completeness.

  • Train supplier resources on CMMS usage and provide system support, including issue escalation and troubleshooting.

  • Audit CE ticket performance and generate CMMS reports to support KPIs.

  • Analyze team workflows and provide input to improve processes iteratively.

Candidate Qualifications/Requirements:

  • This position requires a minimum of 10+ years of experience with a High School Diploma, 8+ years of experience with an Associate degree, or 5+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree

  • Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements, including U.S. Citizenship, for access to classified information; Active Top-Secret Clearance with Polygraph

Candidate Expectations:

  • Extensive equipment background and deep familiarity with industry standard and local maintenance needs to ensure accuracy of scope work packages and assignment to the appropriate amount of resources (time, tools, and talent) for the work package.

  • Strong understanding of Critical Environments similar to high uptime industries such as those in a hospital or related high criticality fast paced environment

  • Critical thinking and process engineering focus background is a plus.

  • Strong familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) is required, strong skills in Excel would be considered a bonus.
