The Role at a glance:

We are looking for an experienced, skilled Warehouse & Routing Supervisor to join our Trio Community Meals team in Warrenton, MO. As a warehouse & routing supervisor, you will have the opportunity to lead, direct, and assist in the overall management of a door-to-door meal delivery program.

What you'll be doing:

• Assisting in the development and direction of activities to ensure efficient and cost-effective operation of the facility.

• Directing all Trio warehouse and distribution services, including reception, storing, shipping, handling returned/damaged goods, inventory control, and administration to ensure compliance with company and customer standards.

• Ensuring that procedures are in place for efficient and safe operation and utilization of all warehouse and distribution equipment.

• Ensuring current and accurate inventory control for all products.

• Accurately reporting financial results per Company protocol.

• Developing and maintaining successful relationships with the client and customers, ensuring effective and efficient communication and operations.

• Working to continuously manage and promote unit growth and profit year over year.

• Implementing and supporting all Company standards and initiatives.

• Demonstrating an understanding of Company Vision, Mission and Goals.

What we're looking for:

Must-haves:

• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

• Strong knowledge of warehouse, distribution and routing operations.

• At least two years of logistics, materials, and distribution experience.

• Experience using Microsoft Office applications.

• Proven track record of financial responsibility.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong customer service skills.

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience with routing software

• Experience with door-to-door delivery

• Inventory management experience

Compensation:

The salary is $58k/yr.
