Job Description

Insight Global is hiring an individual contributor to come on as a Lead Engineer/ Sr. Java developer that serves as a subject matter expert in the Shopify platform. We are looking for someone who has extensive experience in enterprise work environments, with a couple years of experience serving as a lead. This person will spend at least 50% of their day working to troubleshoot and triage the platform, as well as supporting integrations. They will be helping drive development, ensuring high quality solutions. Daily this person will be collaborating with cross functional teams and helping to manage the stakeholder relationship to ensure high quality results.

Skills and Requirements

8+ years of experience in an enterprise work environment

2+ years of experience as a lead engineer

Extensive hands on experience with the Shopify platform

Hands on technology experience with Java, Springboot, and Microservices Retail/ecommerce domain experience

Platform integration experience null
