Fire Fighter Sales and Service Company is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Low Voltage Account Manager to join our growing project sales team. As a Low Voltage Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and driving sales of our comprehensive low voltage solutions including security systems, access control, CCTV, intrusion, and audio-visual equipment. - Develop, lead, and sell low voltage product offerings to our commercial customer base and future customers.
- Identify/Develop portfolio of preferred vendor/manufacturer products for CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion, Perimeter Gate Security, Intercom, and Audio/Visual Systems.
- Develop sales strategies to increase market share of our low voltage offerings.
- Lead installation group with product installation, set-up, and software programming.
- Identify, qualify, and cultivate new low voltage business opportunities in alignment with our vision, market strategy, and core capabilities.
- Utilize various prospecting methods to achieve established pipeline and sales goals for the low voltage offerings.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging low voltage opportunities, market trends, and customer needs.
- Develop strategic partnerships and alliances with relevant industry stakeholders to expand our low voltage market presence.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote our low voltage solutions and establish new business relationships.
- Collaborate with clients, prospects, trade partners, and our project team to develop project scopes and solutions.
- Create comprehensive proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), warranty statements, and other project-related documents using templates.
- Deliver effective business development presentations.
- Maintain and nurture key account relationships while providing a high level of customer service and support.
- Foster and leverage strategic relationships with industry professionals to drive targeted business growth.
- Gather, organize, and communicate client information to our teammates to ensure effective collaboration and next steps.
- Stay updated on industry trends and identify market opportunities for potential business growth.
- Collaborate with teammates and our business units to meet company process, performance, and communication expectations.
- Update ERP with weekly opportunity and forecast data.
- Manage sales, entertainment, and travel expenses to remain within established budgets.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in low voltage sales, preferably within the security, fire, and access control industries.
- In-depth knowledge of low voltage systems, including security systems, access control, CCTV, and audio-visual equipment.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport and influence key decision-makers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
Work Environment/Physical Requirements:
- Daylight shift - Monday through Friday
