Our client, a dynamic organization in the data management sector, is seeking a Data Entry Associate to join their team. As a Data Entry Associate, you will be part of the operations team supporting various departments. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title: Data Entry Associate

Location: Warrendale, PA

Pay Range: $18-22/hour

What's the Job?

• Maintain data entry and update requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.

• Verify entered data in the company’s ERP system by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data.

• Cross-reference data across multiple sources to verify accuracy and identify discrepancies or errors, utilizing MS Excel functions.

• Generate reports and present data in a clear and concise manner to assist with decision-making processes within the company.

• Agreeable to work overtime if required.

What's Needed?

• Associate’s degree or equivalent.

• Proven data entry work experience is a plus.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Intermediate computer skills with emphasis on MS Office products, ERP/MRP, and CRM systems.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
