Company: Fuel By Design Location: Warren, OH Position: Client Engagement Specialist Key Responsibilities: -Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage client inquiries.- -Greet and check in patients, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment -Room patients and assist with service preparations -Follow up with leads to schedule consultations and convert inquiries into clients -Assist in creating marketing strategies and content to attract and retain clients -Brainstorm and implement innovative ideas to enhance client experience and retention -Maintain organized patient records and manage clinic supplies -Support administrative tasks to streamline daily operations -Collaborate with the team to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient workspace Desired Skills and Qualifications: -Strong phone etiquette and excellent verbal and written communication skills -Proficient in scheduling software and basic office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) -Ability to learn and operate therapy equipment (training will be provided) -Exceptional interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor -Ability to build relationships and ensure clients feel valued -Empathy and patience in addressing client concerns and feedback -Creative thinker with experience or interest in marketing strategies and campaigns -Familiarity with social media platforms and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus -Proactive and resourceful problem-solver Preferred Qualifications: -Previous experience in a wellness, medical, or customer-facing role. -Background or certification in health and wellness services is a bonus. -Enthusiasm for health, wellness, and personal development.
