Job Duties: Responsible for all onboarding actions, including initiating and closing background checks and new hire forms and liaison with internal stakeholders for new employee setups. Coordinates New Hire Orientation and liaises with the hiring manager to prompt departmental orientation and new hire announcements. Locally handle I-9 completion of new hires & recertifications and monitor I9 compliance for entire North America region coordinating with HRBPs. Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations internally. Support the Talent Acquisition function, including creating positions, requisitions, posting jobs, creating offers, reviewing candidates, and managing them through Success Factors (SF) Applicant Tracking (ATS) workflow. Lead weekly Talent Acquisition (TA) meetings, comprehensively review headcount and reassess focal points for strategic emphasis. Collaborate with HRBPs to assess and enhance approaches for achieving organizational diversity goals through meticulous analysis and data-driven optimization. Review SF Recruiting Module (RCM) metrics for accuracy and identify areas of RCM management actions to support data accuracy. Support the execution of ATS system changes and training and develops and maintains reports and TA metrics. Acts as the point of contact in tracking and analyzing new hire surveying for North America. Handles the creation and maintenance of employee files. Handles compliance poster account, including remote employee state and federal account setups and payment. Helps with TA contract management and management of HR expenses. Work on projects including the creation of a TA Dashboard, E-Sign implementation, Internal Job Posting policy, Electronic Onboarding, ADP-SF Integration etc. Lead employee engagement efforts including organizing celebrations, monthly connects, company annual awards event and more. Coordinate and administer a wide of range of program and activities covering the full spectrum of HR and the employee life cycle, including, but not limited to HR Compliance, Employee Relations, Learning & Development, I&D, Engagement, HR Reporting, HR data management. Compile HR data and metrics and assist with drafting reports and other documentation for submission to management and the HR staff. Maintain HRIS system to input data, process personnel transactions, and perform other HRIS and data management duties as needed and required. Initiate position title requests, candidate transfer and hiring on requisitions in SF. Support data audits, collection, and corrections in SF and other HRIS and payroll systems. Contribute to the development of the HR dashboard, and the collection and display of employee and organizational information such as age, race, gender, and other demographics. Input personnel data into SF, and other HRIS systems with attention to detail and accuracy when performing data entry. Create standard or ad-hoc reports from SF, ADP, and other HRIS systems. Provide day to day HRBP support to Supply Chain & Legal departments. Partner with client groups to recommend salary offers, promotion recommendations and assist with the annual compensation process.Requirements: Applicant must have a Master's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field of study and one (1) year of relevant work experience in HR, HRIS, HR Technology or related fields. Must have Proven experience in Talent Acquisition in pharmaceutical industry and Applicant Tracking Systems is required. Must be proficient using Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook Email, Edge, SharePoint, Teams and other applications like Zoom, WebEx, etc. Applicant must have experience handling, analyzing, and reconciling large data sets and statistical information in MS Excel and be proficient in VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, etc. Experience with facilitating new hire orientation and onboarding activities is required. A minimum of 6 months of experience using the RCM (Recruitment Module) and Position Management in Success Factors HRIS is required. Knowledge of end-to-end employee life cycle in a generic pharmaceutical industry is preferred. Experience working in the HR function at a manufacturing facility is preferred. Experience using systems such as ADP Workforce Now Payroll System, EVERFI LMS, LawLogix and E-Verify for employment authorization is also required. Knowledge of I-9 process and E-Verify requirements is required. 15% travel up to 250 miles for site visits & special projects as needed. 40 hours per week: M-F. 9am-5pm.
