Job Objective:

The Contract, Data Management Fellow will be responsible for ensuring that data is properly formatted, stored, and readily accessible for analysis. This role includes implementing data quality checks, providing training and support to stakeholders, and continuously seeking opportunities to improve data management processes. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a passion for data management and improvement.

Tasks/Responsibilities:

  • Ensure data is properly formatted and stored for easy access and analysis.
  • Implement data quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data.
  • Provide training and support to stakeholders on system usage best practices.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve data management processes and implement enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of data management procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and address data-related issues.
  • Monitor data quality metrics and generate reports to track data quality improvements.
  • Participate in data governance initiatives and contribute to the development of data standards.
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies and inconsistencies in a timely manner.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Experience / Qualifications:

  • Education: Business Administration, Legal Studies, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Must be proficient with Excel
  • GPA 3.0
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written, verbal, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite with strong working knowledge of excel, including writing Macro's and data manipulation.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent time management skills.

This is a one (1) year Talent Pipeline Program and the candidate/applicant must be able to complete the entire one-year program

Fellow must be a recent college graduate.
